A graduate of Kwansei Gakuin University, Masaki has dedicated his career to the art and science of business growth—bridging the worlds of sales, marketing, digital, and global operations.

Having spearheaded digital marketing and brand strategies at Japan’s leading advertising agencies, he has been instrumental in accelerating the trajectory of numerous enterprises. At Panasonic, he was a driving force behind the digital transformation of the global consumer electronics division, taking the helm to orchestrate and scale E-commerce and D2C ecosystems across North America, Europe, India, and the APAC region.

Drawing on this wealth of experience, he founded ZENITHA to be the catalyst for a new era—empowering organizations and individuals to turn their highest aspirations into a global reality.
